EXYLENT participants visited National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) near Haripur today. It is a high-tech industry engaged in manufacturing of telecommunication equipment in Pakistan. Students were first introduced with NRTC products which include Software Defined Radios, exchanges and terrestrial radios, and then they were taken to NRTC factory where they were shown SMT/PCB assembly line and testing equipment for quality control. Students were later taken to their mechanical and chemical engineering departments for the demonstration of electroplating process.
